Anonymous asked: There is nothing appealing about the series where it follows an angsty blonde bimbo, an old man with alzheimars and a bunch of side characters that are derpy as fuck.

cosplayhell:

Pardon my long as response to this, but this is my blog so I say what the fuck I want.

Tiger & Bunny is not what you think it is. It’s actually a rather good series to watch. If we follow the character of Barnaby Brooks Jr, who you call the angsty blonde bimbo we can see a lot that can be learnt from. Barnaby’s course of action at first is similar to yours, seeking vendetta as his parents were murdered when he was a child. You, I don’t know where you got this idea that I hate homestuck are going about this with the direct force that Barnaby pursued and first with his bias way of coming about revenge for his parents. But Barnaby begins to learn, through the help of “An old man” who has his own issues to deal with. Barnaby realised, killing his parents wouldn’t bring him back and he would always have the feeling in his heart that would be the gap that was his parents. If you go on anon, I assure you that attempting to break me down will do nothing. Instead, hear me out and read the messages I say where I actually say positive things about homestuck. Now, I’m going to go onto mai husbando who you insulted twice now. I will not forgive you for that, you must understand. Wild Tiger, a hero who was never noticed, a gentle clumsy sort of man is my favourite for a reason. He’s the one who taught Karina the true meaning of being a hero, he taught Barnaby to overcome his vendetta. Even though he seemed like a shit dad, he wasn’t entirely ignoring his daughter. He was doing what he deemed right. Now this is getting lengthy, but I’m never going to be done. The side characters each represent some kind of lesson, a moral to be learnt. Each episode was valuable to me, and mind you I’m not even that much into the series as others are and this is my simple view. I don’t know about homestuck, but I think I’d rather be a Hero than a Troll.

This is beautiful and the reason why I am in this fandom.
